US E.P.A.VOC Limits
Concrete Curing and Sealing Compounds700 g/L
Concrete Sealers600 g/L

United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) – National Architectural and Industrial Maintenance (AIM) Coatings rule. In 1998, the US EPA issued a nationwide AIM rule limiting emissions from volatile organic compounds (VOC) pursuant with the Clean Air Act. BRICKFORM Sealers that are compliant with the National EPA Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards levels for Architectural Coatings are shown below:

Concrete Curing and Sealing Compounds: (< 700 g/L VOC)

  • Gem Cure & Seal (< 350 VOC, < 650 VOC)
  • Gem Cure & Seal WB (< 100 VOC)

Concrete Sealers: (< 600 g/L VOC)

  • Poly-Seal® (< 100 VOC, < 400 VOC, < 600 VOC)
  • Gem-Seal (< 100 VOC, < 400 VOC, < 600 VOC)
  • Safety-Seal (< 100 VOC, < 400 VOC)
  • Stealth-Seal WB (< 100 VOC)
