How to Seal with Brickform Poly-Astic

Brickform Poly-Astic is a high-build, high solids poly-aspartic sealer. It is free of VOCs, which makes it great for interior colored concrete, stained concrete, and dyed concrete applications. In this video, the installers are applying Poly-Astic on a smooth finished concrete floor that was previously colored using Brickform Pro-Dye Plus. The concrete surface in this video is intended for use in a light industrial application. Poly-Astic is ideal for use in residential, retail, food service, and commercial construction.

As a two-part coating, Poly-Astic must be mixed prior to application. Combine Parts A and B in a bucket and mix gently by hand, then transfer to a new, clean vessel. Ensure there is no residual material unmixed in the first container. Poly-Astic has a short pot life, so do not mix more than can be applied within 20 to 30 minutes. Apply with a roller in a crosshatch pattern to avoid roller marks. Recoat between two and four hours. Poly-Astic is ready for traffic after only four hours, making it great for rapid turnaround.
